What do I do if my package is stolen, or I do not receive it even if it says delivered?
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
If a package tracking says that it has been delivered, but you did not receive it. Your first step will be to file a claim with your local post office. If your address was entered incorrectly at checkout and it was delivered to the wrong address, it is out of our hands.
If it shows your package is LOST IN TRANSIT, we will send you your full order at no cost to you.
